Description
Boomstraat 1818 resident Kuba Sojka is back with his first solo ep release on the label. Parallel Motion is a driving take on Detroit techno, blending classic Motor City rhythms with melodic, futuristic atmospheres. Built around energetic grooves, machine-led percussion and expansive synth work, the EP channels the cosmic spirit of ’90s Detroit while giving it a contemporary edge. Echoes of Underground Resistance, Carl Craig and Jeff Mills run through its DNA, but the result is far from a retro exercise, these are streamlined, dancefloor-focused tracks with a strong sense of movement and space.
